Is there a free trial?
Yes. New accounts get a 7-day free trial with Growth features, and no credit card is required to start.
What counts as an AI reply?
Each reply your AI agent sends to a visitor counts toward your monthly AI allowance: 50 on Starter, 1,000 on Growth, unlimited on Plus and Premium. Replies written by your team are never counted.
What happens if I reach my AI limit?
The AI pauses for the rest of the month and you are prompted to upgrade. Conversations keep arriving in your inbox, so your team can answer them as usual.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes. You can change plan or manage your subscription at any time from Billing in your dashboard, which opens a secure Stripe customer portal.
How many team members can I add?
Team members and roles are available on every plan, so you can invite your whole support team without paying per seat.
What do I get on Plus that I do not get on Growth?
Unlimited websites and AI replies, Flows (workflow automation), departments and custom branding, so you can run several brands from one account and hide the "Powered by" line.
How do I pay?
Starter and Growth are paid by card through Stripe checkout. Plus and Premium are set up with our team, so you can agree volume and terms first.
